Since the company's establishment, the R&D team has continuously innovated, achieving numerous technological innovations and breakthroughs. They have applied for dozens of national patents and hold the "China Import and Export Enterprise Qualification Certificate." The company is a member of the China Friction and Sealing Materials Association. It has passed the IATF16949:2016 international quality management system certification. The independently developed paper-based rubber composite friction materials combine the advantages of rubber cork friction materials and all-paper-based friction materials, and this project has also received support from the provincial SME innovation fund. Secondly, the new powder-based friction materials provide sufficient and stable friction torque under different pressures and speeds, significantly increasing the thermal decomposition temperature of resin friction materials. They not only have stable friction torque under high-speed heavy-load conditions, low thermal decay, low wear rate, and no damage to counterparts, but also have obvious technical advantages and can completely replace imported products. They have successfully passed provincial scientific and technological achievement appraisal and won the Science and Technology Progress Award. The company has long cooperated with multiple friction material research institutes to jointly develop friction materials. Among them, the representative 103 new rubber friction material greatly improves wear resistance and pressure resistance based on ordinary rubber friction materials. Under the same test conditions, ordinary rubber friction material friction pads last 6,000 kilometers, while the high-performance 103 new rubber friction material friction pads exceed 10,000 kilometers. It has now entered mass production and is at an excellent level in the domestic industry.
